TLO Insurance launches the 2009 edition of The Look Out

This edition of continues to provide the professional community with a short, sharp insight into topical subjects that carry both a business and insurance relevance. As the recession continues, the number of professional negligence claims has risen sharply, the latest edition explores the thorny issue of Notification.

TLO's Director, Richard Amphlett, explains, First launched in 2006, this is our fourth edition and we are most grateful to the three highly knowledgeable and respected contributors, who have generously given their time and expertise ? David Robinson, Partner, Holman Fenwick Willan LLP; Andrew Nickels, Risk Manager, Zurich Professional & Financial Lines; and Hugh Wodehouse, Consultant, TLO Insurance.. In addition, Catriona Oliphant of Oliphant Consulting, who is a practising solicitor, has again kindly acted as our Consultant Editor.

As with previous editions of The Look Out, it is available both in print and electronically. Over 2000 copies are being distributed to Law firms, Barristers?
